Charla Krupp’s How to Never Look Fat Again is a book that every Woman should own. I was excited to get this book after reading a little bit about it, but I did not expect much. I was in for a huge surprise! This book is well laid out and easy to read. Krupp addresses every issue you could think of from Buddha Belly (me) to Wide Face (me) to Heavy Calves (me..sigh).
One of the things that I enjoy the most about the book is that it is broken down into the sections. If you have Boobs that are too big, but everything else is fine...there is a section for you. If your butt and your feet are too big, there are sections for that too. Whatever your problem is, Krupp has advice. Visit Krupp's website here.
To get the real dirt you will have to buy (or win!) yourself a copy of this book, but I am going to share a few things with you. Let’s talk about the Buddha Belly. Here are a few of the tips that Krupp discusses: Switch your underwear to Shapewear, Buy a dress and embrace the empire waist. Things that make you look fat when you have a Buddha belly? I about cried when I saw a few of my favorite things on the list of “The 100 Most Fattening Things You Can Wear” at the back of the book! Cargo Pants, Flip Flops and Chokers? Say it isn’t so! I have to wear Flip Flops. I am a FL girl. I am going to try to limit or get rid of cargo pants and chokers. As I have gotten a little older, I have phased these things out of my wardrobe some already.
