Almost everyone has been touched by Breast Cancer in some way. For me, both my Grandmother (who passed away when I was young from breast cancer) and another person very close to me have had breast cancer. I also have a co-worker who is about ready to loose his wife to this awful cancer. The Susan G. Komen Foundation can use every penny that they get towards research and trying to find a cure for breast cancer.
Pepperidge Farm is donating 50 cents (up to $50,000) for every person that visits their Milano's Facebook page and shares their "Milano moment". 50 cents may not seem like a lot, but if thousands of people take a few seconds to do this, that 50 cents really adds up. It does not have to be anything special. You can just write that your Milano moment is sneaking a Milano cookie after your kid's fall asleep. For me, my Milano moment is just "Eating Milano cookies with milk when it is cold outside and I am not feeling well" (ie, now!). Whatever your Milano moment is, go here and share it on Facebook to help this great cause!
Disclaimer: I am entered into a drawing to possibly win a giftcard or cookies by doing this post as a member of One2One Network. My main reason for doing it is that I believe in the cause and hope my readers will go and post their Milano moment. I was not compensated in any other way and these thoughts are all my own.
