Isabella Water Bottle Review

Isabella Water was founded on the principle that everyone deserves clean water. As Americans with easy access to clean water, we often take if for granted. Isabella Water's founder Nick was an average American. He wasted water, used plastic water bottles and didn't think anything of it. Then, after traveling across the US and learning that it only takes an average of $20 to build a well, he founded Isabella Water.

Nick (Founder of Isabella Water)
Isabella Water donates $10 from every bottle purchase to go towards building a well in Africa or Asia (So the purchase of 2 water bottles can bring clean drinking water to one person!). Did you know that people in Africa spend over 40 billion hours a year walking for water? That is insane! 1 in 8 people do not have access to clean water. For more startling facts visit Isabella Water's Why Water? page. Isabella Water also encourages people to use reusable water bottles instead of wasting plastic bottles. This is something that I do as often as possible.

The water bottle that I received from Isabella Water is the beautiful blue water bottle pictured above. This water bottle looks gorgeous in the pictures, but it is even better looking in person. It is a beautiful deep blue. It is also well made. Here are the features:

*BPA Free
*Toxin Free
*Made with the highest quality 18/8 food-grade stainless steel
*Large mouth design to fit ice cubes
*100% recyclable
*dishwasher safe (it is recommended to hand wash to prevent paint from peeling)
*Fits in most cup holders

The top of the bottle has a large loop so that you could easily string the water bottle onto a lanyard or carabiner to make it easy to carry when hiking, at the beach, or anywhere outdoors. The top screws on and off of the bottle easily and the mouth is definitely big enough for any ice cubes you would like to add to your water. The only complaint I have is that you can not toss the bottle itself into the freezer. I like my water ice cold and often toss it into the freezer for an hour or two. I will have to settle for ice cubes. Other than that, I love the water bottle and I have been using it a lot.

Isabella Water bottles would be great gifts. It shows the recipient that you not only care about them, but that you care about others and about the environment. The only place to buy Isabella Water bottles at this time is online. You can also follow them on Twitter and Facebook for updates.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
