I have the deep covered baking dish and I just want to say that I love it. You can bake two medium sized roaster chickens side by side in it. It bakes and roasts really evenly and well. Love it!

My family love chicken burritos we eat them about once a week
my favorite is chicken breast, diced tomatoes, green chillies, and taco season in crockpot. Cook for 7 hours on low. Shredded meat. Serve with torilla wraps, cheese, and sour cream.

sweet onions, sweet peppers & chicken clow coooked in marinara sauce!
