Icential Coolwraps Review and Giveaway

I am EXTREMELY accident prone. My coworkers have a standing joke that I need to wrap myself in bubble wrap before I am allowed to go anywhere. As a result I own a lot of ice packs. Most of them are a pain and do not do a great job. Some of them leak, most of them are too small, some of them thaw too quickly. As a result, I am always searching for better ice packs. When I was offered Icentials Coolwraps to review I jumped on the chance.

Inventors Jeannette Michels, and her husband Mike, a health and fitness expert were like me and tired of having a lot of different (most useless) ice packs with a single function in their freezer. They decided to create an Eco-conscious product that could function for all of your ice pack needs. Icential Coolwraps were born. The Icential Coolwraps use Cool+ gel. Cool+ gel is a technologically advanced gel that stays cold for hours. The Cool+ gel is self-insulating, uses food-grade materials, and is non-toxic

 Icential Coolwraps are:

o        Affordable – $19.95 for two freezable wraps.
o        Money-saving – Helps consumers easily pack and take homemade dishes without worrying about spoilage;
o        Eco-conscious – The reusable cooling wraps use a new gel technology, Cool+™, that is safe and non-toxic;
o        Flexible – Roll, fold and cover any shape or size item or container; and
o        Connectable – The adaptable shape and Velcro® edges allow it to connect to other Coolwraps to cover larger surfaces or heavier items.

These Coolwraps are extremely well made and they come in gorgeous colors: Ice Blue and Cool Pink. Both the colors also have black on the backside. The Coolwraps are lined in velcro on all the edges so that you can attach them together to fit your needs.

Whether you need one long wrap:

A large cool pad:

or just a small pad:

This allows you to use the Coolwraps for anything and everything. Whether you are keeping a chilled dish cool, wrapping the Coolwrap around your sore knee or using it in a cooler. They are adaptable to your needs. So cool.

True to my nature, I hurt myself shortly after these arrived (it's not my fault there was no "wet floor" sign in the bathroom at work!). I came home with a hobble and a sore knee last Wednesday morning. I immediately went for my cool pink Icential Coolwraps (both of them since I have large legs and wanted to wrap it well). The Coolwraps were a little difficult to wrap around my knee since the individual squares get hard and solid and my knee is oddly shaped. However, with very little effort, I was able to finagle it and wrap it tight. As the Coolwrap chilled my knee the Coolwrap loosened up more and became more conforming. The Coolwrap definitely helped to ease my pain and it got rid of the swelling. Success!

I also tend to have hot flashes for various reasons (diabeties, that time of month, working out, etc.). Well, I have been using these Coolwraps to help keep my temperature down. One of the things I love the most about them is that they are the perfect temperature straight out of the freezer. No need to wrap them in a towel or wait for them to thaw before putting them on your skin. They also hold their coldness for a lot longer than regular ice packs. They have still been cold every time I have placed them back in the freezer.

Would you like to test out Icential Coolwraps yourself? The company was nice enough to provide us with a giveaway.

Everyone needs ice packs and these look/sound a lot better than the cheap ones I have. I like that you can wrap it around body parts. My knee gets pretty stiff sometimes and this would be nice to have. They'd be great for my little boy's feet too.

Honestly, the last time I used an ice pack was to relieve an itchy spot on my foot.

My Husband has severe arthritis in his knees and is waiting for replacements. This product would be great for controlling the swelling. Thanks for the great giveaway opportunity. Keep up the terrific blogging.

Thankfully, I am not accident prone but my Husband tends to be. Last week he beaned his head off the inside of the car door because he was not watching where he was doing. Thanks for the great giveaway opportunity. Keep up the terrific blogging.

this would be great for my hubby's knee that gives him problems

somewhat accident prone - I fell down the stairs not too long ago and hurt my back in the middle of the night - that was fun

sometimes, accidentprone comes from getting out and being active. My daughter was in a coed softball game and she drove home for dinner. After sitting down her leg was bothered her. She had no clear memory of when or how 'something' happened but whatever it was, it responded well to being iced

This is a one size fits many situations. And it is no mess -

I'm the most accidental prone one in the family. Last time I used an ice pack, it was on my back after pulling a muscle in it.

The last time I used an ice pack was when i opened the screen door a couple days ago to let the dog out. It was super windy and the screen door took me with it and i smacked my elbow! I tell you hitting your funny bone is really not funny! It really left a mark!

I want to win it because my wife has constant lower back pain from an injury.

Accident Prone? We seem to always have accidents. The last time was when the dogs were chasing a cat and they banged my leg with a heavy patio chair.

I would love to try these as it seems like I am a accident waiting to happen, especially when it comes to my knees.
