Bamboo Pro Self-Warming Knee Support + Giveaway #healingtreeshop

When I broke my leg in 2003 I had to have surgery to have a metal rod, plate and screws inserted. Part of this process involved dislocating my knee to drill down the center of my bone. Ouch. As a result, I often have knee pain. It is sporadic, but my knee will fill up with fluid and become very painful and sometimes it refuses to function. You may remember me raving about The Healing Tree in my post about their Achy Paws Self-Warming Pet Mats (which my dog still uses daily). What you don't know is that I have purchased SEVERAL products from The Healing Tree since then. I also have a list of products that I still want to try. The Bamboo Pro Self-Warming Knee Support was on that list.

from The Healing Tree website

The Healing Tree has some amazing products and this one is no different. This Bamboo Pro Self-Warming Knee Support uses Bamboo Charcoal Technology which works with your natural body heat to bring restorative warmth to your muscles, cartilage, and joints. The natural heat increases blood circulation, which in turn delivers proteins, nutrients, and oxygen to the affected area. This helps ease discomfort, relieve achy joints due to aging, enhance muscle performance, and recovery. The Bamboo Charcoal will help you to improve:

*Blood Circulation
*Muscle Relief
*Achy Joints due to aging
*Inflammation after workouts

One of the cool things about this knee support is that it is comfortable and it can be worn all day. Since you find your size based on your measurements, it fits well and is not super constricting or too loose to walk around in. I have found that it works best for me when my knee is flared up. It seems to know when you are in pain and act accordingly.

The heat is just the right amount for me. It does not become super hot like a heating pad. It is more of a gentle, calming heat. I have had several flare-ups in the short weeks that I have owned this knee support. Every single time that my knee has acted up, I have placed the Bamboo Pro on it for a period of time ranging from about 15-30 minutes. While you can wear the support all the time, I don't find it necessary with my sporadic pain. After a short period of wearing the Bamboo Pro my pain has eased up and it is normally gone after that. Sometimes my knee pain lasts days, sometimes hours. Every time I have used the Bamboo Pro it has been minutes.

The Healing Tree Bamboo Pro Self-Warming Knee Support definitely works for me. I highly recommend trying it. It makes it easier for me to live with (or ignore) my knee pain. If you have pain in other parts of your body, check out their other products. I use the Fiery Pro Self-Heating Wrist Support at work and it is one of my favorites.
