I Like It Hot! Festival + GIVEAWAY #HotSauceMatters

I LOVE Spicy food. I CRAVE Spicy Food. If I have tears running down my face when eating, I am a happy girl. So, naturally I was very excited to learn about the I Like It Hot! Festival in Largo, FL on September 12th and 13th. The events include a Hot Sauce competition, a (hot) Lolly Lick-A-Thon, and of course a Pepper Eating Competition! Here is the full list of events:

I love everything spicy from chicken wings to jalapeno poppers (which are not really spicy) to spicy thai curry. My absolute favorite is probably a large bowl of Pho with sriracha and chili oil added to spice it up.

I also have some tickets to giveaway!! Leave me a comment with your favorite spicy food and how many tickets you would like to win. For a bonus entry, tweet about this giveaway with the hashtag #HotSauceMatters and leave a second comment with the link to your tweet or your twitter name (you can use the tweet below). Giveaway ends 9/7 at midnight.

You can also enter to win on Facebook. Note, you will need to click on this post and comment on the Facebook post to enter this giveaway.

I Like It Hot!! Do You? I have some great news for Tampa area residents: I have some free tickets to the I Like it HOT!...

Mmmm! I'm more of a fan of fresh spicy salsa, drinks, and chips! I'm a huge fan of Old Florida Gourmet's Chunky Hot Salsa and Spicy Bloody Mary Cocktail Mix (products made in Stuart, FL and sometimes found in gourmet farmer's markets). Then there's the most delicious and healthy chips I love to dip in either salsa or hummus, Way Better chips! Yes, they are most definitely Way Better than the typical tortilla chips like Doritos, especially the Simply Spicy Sriracha corn tortilla chips! If you've tried them and agree with my statement, tweet them at @WayBetterChips to give them some love!
